White-label review management software

Launch a branded review platform that looks like you built it.

RepSaaS is a white-label review management platform built for agencies. You put your name, your logo, your domain and your colours on it, then sell it to your clients as your own product — no RepSaaS branding anywhere your clients can see.

Most agencies that want to offer reputation management have two bad options. They can resell someone else’s tool and watch their clients see another company’s brand on every login screen, email and invoice — quietly training those clients to go direct. Or they can try to build their own platform from scratch, which means months of engineering, an ongoing maintenance burden, and a roadmap you will never have time to finish. RepSaaS exists so you do not have to choose between those two.

White-label review management software means the platform you sell carries your identity, not ours. With RepSaaS you connect your own domain, upload your logo, set your brand colours, and configure the sender name and address on every outbound message. When a client logs in, they see your agency. When a review request lands in a customer’s inbox, it comes from a name they recognise. When the monthly invoice arrives, it is your invoice. The engine underneath is ours; the relationship stays entirely yours.

We are deliberately strict about how complete the white-labeling is, because half-measures are worse than nothing. A platform that is “branded” on the dashboard but leaks a competitor’s name in the transactional email footer, the help links, or the browser tab title is not really white-label — it is a slow leak in your client relationship. The goal we are building toward is simple: there should be no surface a client can reach that reveals the software was not made by you. That is a higher bar than a logo upload, and it is the bar we hold ourselves to.

The agency model only works if the economics are predictable, so white-labeling and pricing freedom go together. RepSaaS charges you one flat platform fee. What you charge your clients on top of that is entirely your decision — you keep the difference, and you keep one hundred percent of it. You are not handing over a percentage of every account, and you are not paying more every time a client adds another location. Your brand sits on the front, your margin sits in the middle, and our infrastructure sits quietly at the back doing the work.

Underneath the branding, the platform does the things a modern reputation product is expected to do: it requests reviews from real customers through messaging and email, routes feedback, surfaces new reviews as they come in, and lets clients display their best reviews on their own sites. Your clients experience all of that as a feature of your agency. They do not need to know — and will never see — that RepSaaS is the company keeping the lights on.

A note on honesty, because we would rather under-promise: RepSaaS is in closed beta right now, with a public launch planned for Q3 2026. Founding agencies are joining the waitlist and helping shape what ships first. The team behind RepSaaS has built and run multi-million-pound software before, and the platform runs on Google Cloud, but we are not going to dress a pre-launch product up with numbers we have not earned. If you want a white-label review platform you can genuinely call your own, this is the right time to get in early and influence the roadmap.

Frequently asked

Is the platform fully white-labeled, or just the dashboard?
The goal we build toward is that every surface a client can reach carries your brand — the dashboard, your domain, outbound review-request messages, transactional emails and invoices. A logo on the login page is not enough; we treat any leak of RepSaaS branding to a client as a bug to fix.
Do my clients ever find out RepSaaS powers the platform?
Not from anything they see in the product. RepSaaS operates as the infrastructure behind your agency. The client relationship, the brand and the billing all stay with you.
Can I use my own domain and email sender?
Yes — connecting your own domain and configuring the sender name and address on outbound messages is core to how white-labeling works. Review requests and notifications should come from a name your clients’ customers recognise, not from us.
Is RepSaaS available now?
RepSaaS is in closed beta, with a public launch planned for Q3 2026. Founding agencies are joining the waitlist now to get early access and help shape which features ship first.
