Integration
Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account to bill your clients directly, in your currency, under your brand — RepSaaS stays invisible while you keep 100% of the margin.
The commercial promise of RepSaaS is simple: run a review platform as if it were your own product, and keep all of the profit. Billing is where that promise becomes real, which is why the Stripe integration is built around your Stripe account, not ours. You connect your own Stripe, you set your own prices, and your clients pay you — RepSaaS never sits between you and your revenue.
Because the platform is fully white-label, the entire money flow carries your brand. Invoices, subscriptions, and receipts come from your Stripe account in your business name and your currency. Your clients never see a RepSaaS line item, never get a confusing third-party charge, and have no idea the underlying platform exists. To them, they are paying their agency for reputation software — which is exactly the relationship you want to own.
This is the difference between reselling someone else’s SaaS at a thin markup and running a real software business on top of infrastructure you do not have to build. You decide the packaging — per-location, per-client, tiered, whatever fits your market — and Stripe handles the recurring charges, card updates, and failed-payment retries underneath. Your margin is the gap between what you charge and your RepSaaS cost, and that gap is yours to keep in full.
A few honest caveats while we are in closed beta: you will need your own Stripe account (Stripe’s own availability, fees, and verification requirements apply in your country), and the exact set of billing automations — proration, dunning, plan changes — is being finalised before public launch in Q3 2026. What will not change is the core principle: it is your Stripe, your brand, your customer relationship, and your money. Join the waitlist to get early access and help shape how the billing flow works.
How it connects
- 01Create or sign in to your own Stripe account (this is the account your clients will pay into).
- 02In your RepSaaS workspace, open Billing and click “Connect Stripe”.
- 03Authorise RepSaaS to create subscriptions and invoices on your Stripe account.
- 04Set up your own plans and pricing in your currency — per-client, per-location, or tiered.
- 05Assign a plan to each client; their invoices and charges go out from your Stripe under your brand.
Frequently asked
- Whose Stripe account do clients pay into — mine or RepSaaS’s?
- Yours. You connect your own Stripe account, set your own prices, and your clients pay you directly. RepSaaS never sits between you and your revenue.
- Do my clients see the RepSaaS name on their invoices?
- No. Billing is fully white-label — invoices, subscriptions, and receipts come from your Stripe account in your business name and currency.
- How much of the margin do I keep?
- All of it. You set your prices; your margin is the difference between what you charge clients and your RepSaaS cost, and that is yours to keep.

- Yes. You will connect your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s availability, fees, and verification requirements in your country apply.
