Cookie Policy
Last updated: 4 June 2026
This policy explains how RepSaaS, operated by RepSaaS Ltd, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, and the choices you have. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. Similar technologies — such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and tracking pixels — work in comparable ways. They let a site remember information about your visit, which can make the site work better and help us understand how it is used.
2. The categories we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. For example, when you arrive from a campaign link, we store a non-identifying source / referral value in your browser’s session storage (the rs_source key) so that, if you join the waitlist, we know how you found us. This is essential to operate the waitlist and does not require consent.
Analytics and performance
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, how the site performs, and where visitors come from. This helps us improve the site. Where these technologies are not strictly necessary, we will only use them with your consent (or rely on a privacy-preserving, cookieless configuration where available).
Functional
If we add features that remember your preferences (for example, dismissing a banner), we’ll use functional storage for that. These are optional and used to improve your experience.
Advertising
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data to advertisers.
3. Third-party services
Some cookies or storage may be set by the third-party services that power this site, including our hosting provider (Vercel), our waitlist platform (Loops), and any analytics provider we use. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do notload Google Fonts from Google’s servers — fonts are self-hosted — so no font requests share your IP address with Google.
4. Your choices and how to control cookies
You can control and delete cookies and clear browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or remove cookies, and clear localStorage and sessionStorage, for individual sites. Helpful guides are available for Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Note that blocking strictly necessary storage may affect how the site works — for example, we may no longer be able to attribute a waitlist sign-up to the campaign that referred you.
5. Legal basis (UK GDPR and PECR)
We use strictly necessary cookies and storage on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a functioning website, as permitted under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). For any non-essential cookies or analytics that require it, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time through your browser settings or by contacting us.
6. Changes to this policy
As RepSaaS develops and we add or change the technologies we use, we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date above.
